Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and showcasing our HVAC solutions.
• Conduct site meetings with clients to assess their specific energy requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Review and understand technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to HVAC designs.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify potential areas for business growth and product/service improvement.
• Monitor and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience and proven track record in technical sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach to drive business growth and exceed targets.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis for clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full Irish driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
