Ground Source Heat Pumps

To collect renewable energy stored from the ground, Eurotech exploit 40 years’ experience and Know-How to create the perfect energy collector. Combined with Clausius heat pump engineering this combination delivers outstanding efficiency for heating and endless hot water. Natural energy with zero carbon emissions gets transferred into the home at 20% of its real value.

Borehole collectors 

Bore hole collectors offer easy access to energy where space is tight and provide straightforward energy sources for heating and cooling. Drilling is normally a one-day process and involves inserting a U-tube into the hole immediately after drilling.  Installation includes filling the U-tube with Brine and grouting the borehole to prevent over ground pollution entering the waterways in the ground. This efficient extraction process delivers reliable long-term performance.

Ground collector

Fitting a horizontal ground collector requires permeable soil to collect energy from rainwater passing through the ground. Geothermal energy stored in the soil extracted using a series of designer loops connected to a bespoke manifold system by electro-fusion fittings.

Stream & river collectors 

Moving water provides lasting energy to produce heating and hot water. System designed includes a series of collector loops laid side by side in the stream covered by 25 mm of water. Collector loops transfer the energy at constant high efficiency as the water releasing the energy is constantly replaced

Heating Controls Grant

Heating controls work by matching your heating and hot water schedules to the way you use your home. It’s a smarter way to heat your home and hot water.

This grant will help you install heating controls in your home. All homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2011 can apply. This is defined as the date your electricity meter was installed. The value of the grant is €700.

Heat Pump Systems Grants

Heat pumps offer renewable heating systems that lower energy costs and reduce carbon emissions. To benefit from a heat pump, ensure your home is well insulated.

A grant covers various heat pump systems and contributes to your technical assessment. Homeowners, including landlords of homes built and occupied before 2011 (defined by your electricity meter installation date), can apply. Grant amounts vary based on dwelling size. For instance, an Air to Water Heat System for an Apartment receives €4,500, and Semi-Detached/End of Terrace/Detached/Mid Terrace homes receive €6,500.

Solar Thermal Systems Grant

Solar thermal systems harness solar energy to heat water for your home, meeting 50 – 60% of your annual hot water needs.

You can apply for a grant to install a solar thermal system that heats hot water for your home. The grant, valued at €1,200, is available to all homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2011, based on the date of your electricity meter installation.

Solar Electricity Grants

Generate renewable electricity for your home by installing solar photovoltaic panels. This grant enables homeowners, including landlords of homes built and occupied before 2011 (the installation date of your electricity meter), to install Solar PV panels. Grants are paid on a pro rata basis; for instance, a 2.5kWp system qualifies for a grant value of €1,950.
